1. Introduction
Welcome to Brows by Monique. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our booking services, as well as our policies regarding cancellations. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Booking Policy

 

2.1 Booking ProcessTo book an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the booking form. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Confirmation
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing details of your appointment. It is your responsibility to check the details of the booking and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.

 
3. Payment Policy


3.1 Fees
The fees for our services will be as advertised on our website or communicated to you prior to booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Methods of Payment
We accept payment by cash, debit card, and credit card. Payment methods may be subject to change, and we will notify you of any such changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 General Beauty Services

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for general beauty services, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

 

4.2 Permanent Makeup (PMU) Procedures

Due to the specialised nature and preparation required for permanent makeup procedures, a 2-week cancellation policy applies to all PMU services, including:

  • Hyperrealism eyebrows

  • Microblading

  • Lashline enhancement

  • Combination treatments

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within the 2-week period prior to your appointment will result in forfeiting 100% of your deposit. This policy ensures we can adequately prepare for your treatment and manage our specialized booking schedule.
 
4.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), you will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost, regardless of service type.
 
4.4 Emergency Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may make exceptions at our discretion.


6. Liability

6.1 Service Quality
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for any dissatisfaction or adverse reactions resulting from our services. If you have any concerns or issues, please notify us immediately.


6.2 Liability Limitation
Brows by Monique will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. 


7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
